Shipping

Please note that we currently only ship to England & Wales.

We offer a Standard Delivery Service (2-3 Working Days) at £4.50.

PLEASE NOTE: During sales and seasonal promotions, please allow up to 5-7 Business days from your order confirmation due to a higher flow of orders. We always aim to dispatch products within 24 Hours. This can sometimes be expected to be up to 48 Hours during busier periods such as sales and seasonal promotions.

Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

• Please ensure that you provide us with a complete and correct shipping address.

• We cannot be responsible for or issue refunds/replacements for orders that are lost or otherwise not delivered correctly due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, we will be happy to resend it to you. However, it will be necessary for us to charge for re-shipping.
